Dana E. Stiffler | Distinguished VP Analyst

Dana Stiffler is a Vice President and Distinguished Analyst in the Supply Chain Research & Advisory group. She covers supply chain talent strategies and the chief supply chain officer role, as well as supply chain university programs. She launched and led the Supply Chain Strategy & Enablers team within Gartner Supply Chain Leaders and has been responsible for the launch and leadership of the Supply Chainnovators program, the Gartner/AWESOME Women in Supply Chain Survey and the Gartner/ASCM Supply Chain Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Survey. Ms. Stiffler's work at AMR and then Gartner has led to direct, long-term involvement with the supply chain and sourcing leadership of global manufacturers, life sciences and CPG companies, as well as large retailers. She has been quoted in leading business publications, including the New York Times, the Financial Times and numerous other business and technology publications.

Piers Hudson is part of the HR Functional Strategy and Management research team and based in London. This team focuses on the HR function's strategy planning process and the upcoming trends that will impact it. Our research then looks at how HR can develop the roles, structures and capabilities needed to achieve these strategic goals.
