All webinars at www.gartner.com/webinars are complimentary, we only require an email registration to view an event.
To register for a webinar, visit www.gartner.com/webinars and search for the event you would like to attend. When you reach the registration page, enter your email in the box on the right side of the page. If this is your first time registering, you may be prompted to fill out a form. Once you complete the form, please press submit to finalize your registration. You will receive a confirmation email and additional reminders leading up to the event. Don’t forget to add a hold to your calendar! For the live event, return to the main webinar page up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Please enter your email to gain access if you aren’t automatically redirected.
If you have registered for a webinar and you can no longer attend, there is no need to cancel your registration. All of our webinars are available to view on demand at your convenience. Simply follow the original link to view the webinar at a later time.
A username and password are not needed to enter a webinar. Depending on how the cache and cookies are saved on your computer, you may be prompted to enter your email or fill out the registration form again when returning to the live event page.
To enter the live event, return to the main webinar page using the original registration link up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Please enter your email to gain access if you aren’t automatically redirected to the player page.
All of our sessions are available to view on demand after they have aired. Simply return to the main webinar page using the original registration link to view the recording.
We offer several calendar hold options on our registration page including: ICS, Outlook.com, Office 365, Google Calendar and Yahoo. Upon registering for a webinar, calendar holds can be located in the confirmation email or on the main webinar page. To find the links via our main webinar page, follow the registration link. Once on the registration page, re-enter your email and the links will appear under the confirmation message.

Our webinars can be accessed and viewed through mobile device browsers.
Attachments will be available on the live event page up to 30 minutes before the webinar start time and on-demand after the session has concluded. Scroll down to the bottom of the event page to find presentation slides and additional attachments. To ensure the best webinar experience, we recommend using Google Chrome.
In-page closed captioning and transcription are currently not available at this time. We understand the importance of accessibility options for our viewers and are looking to provide this feature in the near future.
Live webinar event pages are accessible up to 30 minutes before the webinar start time. Before this time, you will be directed to the main webinar registration page.
If you are experiencing audio issues, please check the following Speakers are not muted and no other programs are using your audio:

Right click the browser tab to check that the webinar tab is not muted
The player volume button is located on the bottom left corner of the video player, check that the volume is turned on and not muted here as well.
Refresh the page to reset the audio
Close any extra tabs to enhance the quality of the stream
If you are experiencing issues accessing the page or viewing the live video feed, please check the following

Ensure there are no ad blocker extensions running in your browser
Check that your browser allows third-party cookies
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Verify your company or network are not blocking live video and audio feeds.
Refresh the page and try the link again using incognito mode using the Google Chrome browser. Clear any cookies and cache and verify your company or network are not blocking live video and audio feeds.
Our program does not provide CPE/CPU credits or codes for our webinars. We are able to send a screenshot to verify proof of attendance via email for the webinars you have viewed. Please email gartnerwebinars@gartner.com and include the name and email you used to register and the dates and titles of the webinars for which you would like verification.
If you require a confirmation email to be re-sent, please email gartnerwebinars@gartner.com and include the link to the event you have registered for along with your name and email address.
If you are looking to update your email address or company in our records, re-register for the event under an incognito tab with the correct email address.
