Stuart (Stu) Downes is a VP Analyst in the Digital Workplace Infrastructure and Operations team. Mr. Downes research and client advice includes digital workplace infrastructure strategies, all aspects of desktop virtualization (DaaS, VDI, SBC), total cost of ownership, digital employee experience tools, PC remote control, and operations.
Mr. Downes previously led digital workplace transformation services and IT outsourcing services provided by system integrators to the largest global enterprises over the last 20 years.
Led the creation of digital workplace services that were sold to enterprise clients globally.
