Rajib Gupta is a Senior Director Advisor at Gartner in the IT Sourcing, Procurement and Vendor Management team. Mr. Gupta guides Gartner clients in sourcing applications services which includes outsourcing strategy, ERP & SaaS solution implementations, custom application development and ongoing management of 3rd party service providers.
Over the past 33 years Mr. Gupta has worked both as a buyer & provider of outsourcing services across a variety of industries, thus has a good understanding of challenges and opportunities from both perspectives.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Gupta was responsible for supporting CFOs and CPOs in their procurement and sourcing transformation programme at Conduent and has also been a Senior Category Manager - Core Systems for Aviva insurance and ITO Sourcing and Benefits Manager for Lloyds Banking Group. He has worked for HCL, Datamatics, EDS/HP and TCS in senior leadership roles and has owned and operated a procurement consulting & advisory services company.
