Nathan Lease is a Research Senior Director in the Logistics and Customer Fulfillment team. He conducts research in the supply chain area focused on logistics strategy and operations with specific focus on: real-time transportation visibility (RTTVP), digital freight models, transportation procurement, last mile technology and process, and digitalization of logistics.
Mr. Lease has 15 years experience in Logistics. He's worked for companies in manufacturing, CPG, and e-commerce. As the head of logistics in previous roles, he's managed both strategy and operations needed to run successful logistics teams.
As the senior most leader of logistics at multiple companies, provided strategic vision and leadership for all logistics functions. Oversaw transportation, warehousing, import/export, trade compliance, packaging, and distribution planning with annual budgets in excess of $1.6 billion.
