Matthew has more than 25 years experience in the Logistics and Supply Chain sector across multiple industry verticals and geographies. Matthew has been responsible for large scale logistics operations at both a tactical and strategic level and has led commercial, procurement and operational functions at a senior level.
Matthew has strong experience in supply chain transformation projects focusing on control tower methodology, performance management, network design and physical logistics management.
Matthew has a 360 degree view of the logistics and transport sector having worked within global 3PL in various senior positions and running large complex and highly matrixed operations in industry.
Matthew ran the end to end international supply chain and logistics function for Linde in the APAC region responsible for logisitcs procurement, supplier selection and management, operations, commercial, technology and finance across all Linde business units including retail, healthcare, bulk gases and Engineering and projects.
