For government CIOs and technology executives, Ms. Fabular's research addresses government IT modernization, innovation, and digital transformation to support whole-of-government and mission-specific outcomes. In those positions, she designed, developed, implemented, and managed IT solutions for 911 emergency communications and dispatching, enterprise resource planning, human resources and payroll, financial management, and patient care management.
