What are your companies doing to entice employees to complete an employee survey? For teams who are out in the field, and not within access to a computer, participation is a challenge. Does anyone have ideas for increasing feedback and participation?

You need to make sure that every employee feels included in the process, enabling the survey to be taken on a mobile device by scanning a QR code or using their employee ID or email address. The survey should be anonymous and confidential so people need to feel safe to do the survey and are being enabled.Content you might like
