He also worked as the Project Manager for in-sourcing the carrier's largest infrastructure outsourcing contract. Prior to that role, he worked as a Delivery Executive for a large American IT company. He was responsible for the outsourcing contract delivery for several clients. He is also a certified project manager and has a strong technical background in IT infrastructure.
