Arthur Villa is a Research Director in Gartner's Tech CEO team. Primary research coverage is robotic process automation (RPA) and hyperautomation targeted at Tech CEOs, product managers, and product marketers in IT service providers.
Mr. Villa was a VP of product management for Gartner's High Tech and Telecom Programs with global responsibility for product development, go-to-market strategy, positioning and messaging, market intelligence, customer analysis, new product launches, sales training, and other product management activities.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Villa completed an M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where he co-published research for MIT's Center for Information Systems Research. His past experience includes working as a product marketing manager at VMware, IT systems engineer for a $10B+ hedge fund, and other hands-on IT roles within the data center.
