Previous experience
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Sklavounakis worked in one of the top three banks in the Middle East, Emirates NBD, as a senior programme manager. He was part of the team who spearheaded the agile transformation, led core agile initiatives and coached teams in the new way of working. Before that he headed the project management and client delivery function for First Data in the SEEMEA region. He started his career in the U.K., working for major software, telecom and media companies, leading project delivery.
