Roles and Responsibilities

Chris Ganly is a VP Team Manager, leading the M&A Team in the Business Growth Strategies Group. His coverage includes advising on the process of mergers, acquisitions and divestments. His secondary coverage is IT financial management, incorporating the cost optimization and the business value of IT. Mr. Ganly is a Chartered Accountant and a seasoned business and technology professional, with significant expertise at the nexus of finance and technology. Prior to joining Gartner Research, he has held a variety of roles including CFO and COO, as well as forming part of the management teams at several consulting businesses. In previous roles, his focus has been heavily in mergers and acquisitions, business turnaround/restructuring, financial and cost management, business and performance reporting, and systems implementation.
